On Day 2 now. Why is it the exercises seem so simple, but then you're on Round 3 and feeling like dying?! LOL. Round 4 had me seeing stars!! But I made it...and I hope you guys do too!!

After a year of multiple attempts at trying different workouts (from Chloe Ting to Lilly Sabri), I found myself coming back to MrandMrsMuscle. I just finished this WHOLE workout (I could never go past round 2) and I am feeling so proud of myself. High-five to anyone who has overcome the same obstacle, and for those who haven’t I promise you will be able to. Just push yourself a little every workout. 🥳 Can’t wait to finish this series!

I love how at Round 2 I start wondering how killer this workout is until I hit Round 4 and start wondering when this workout will be over cause I am dying! Hahaha
I am in a sweat pool, while basking in the gorgeous sunshine this morning.

Jesus... I totally hated the HIIT workouts. Totally. After I found out about you guys, I just want to say that I can’t call it a day without one or two of your workouts, it’s like my body is screaming “Scroll to that channel and pick something already!” You guys are simply the best. I never get bored of your workouts, there are so different!

I just found this on YouTube and this was GREAT. I LOVE that you don't talk to us the whole time, the music was great, the beeps let me do the workout without having to constantly look at the screen. So excited! Hopefully, I can start to look like you soon. Thank you.
