I love how different each workout is, you're the only one that motivates me to do 30 or even40min HIIT

Whoa!! 311 calories burned! I don't know if I'm delusional or what, but I felt so strong in this workout. A year ago, I was only able to make it through 25% of the workout without modifying or taking breaks. One year later, doing this workout again, I was able to go up to about 40% of the workout without having to modify or take extended breaks. I took a couple 5-second breathers here and there, but when I started this challenge I thought it was a beginner, but the strength is coming back big time. I'm so proud of myself for being consistent and thankful for you and the positivity you spread in your workouts. 🩵🩷💜

omg, that was tough and so good. Never did I imagine 5 years ago, left-side paralyzed and in a wheelchair, that'd I'd be back to doing these types of workouts! Thanks for the inspiration and motivation! Greetings from Mexico! xx

I'm sooo energized! Burnt 320 calories with this workout and I'm 64 kg (141 lbs) and 167 cm (5'6). Started my day off with a great and indeed very sweaty session! Thank you so much, you make so many people happy and healthy! 💓

I LOVED this workout. Burned 360 calories. I was able to keep up with you, Anna, until the 25% mark. Had to slow or even modify some moves so my form wouldn't be compromised. Then, at the 80% mark, I had to extend the rest from 10 seconds to 25 seconds just to keep going. But I did it. I nearly cried when I saw the text "I'm so proud of us" pop up. I realized that I didn't even take time to consider how hard I've been working through these workouts until then. Once again, thank you for the great workout.

These Military Mondays have become my favorite workouts to look forward to. I love them. I have noticed your workouts start out easy, super easy. LIke a warmup built in and then they get brutal. The last three minutes of this one- helluva killer combo there. I was moving but not really doing what you were doing. I was a hot mess. I am adding this one to my favorites. This is one I'd like to do with some light weights added in there on some of the moves!

OMG I only lasted 18 minutes! I'm going to keep it up and eventually do this workout with no modifiers. I enjoy that it is straight to the point and no corny or unnecessary talking.

!CAUTION: LONG TEXT!

(First of all: Danke Anna, ur coole Serie! Training mit dir macht sooo Spaß, auch jetzt im Februar noch haha Bussi aus Wien <3)

I am soo proud of everybody doing this workout/challenge! You are awesome and deserve to be proud of yourself <33
I Have some little reminders for all of you, hope someone can take these tips from someone suffering from a knee injury and shoulder pain - its just no fun. Just hope I can help a lil bit. :)

Please make sure to take good care of yourself! Working out doesn´t have to be a punishment, it´s a celebration of what your body can do!
Remember drinking enough through out and before and after your training.
Don´t skip the cool down and try a warm up before starting your workout.
Are you watching your form? Take your time to learn the movements, they are not easy. Make sure your knees are not looking inward when squatting and your elbows are rather close to your body when doing a push up, always engage your core and focus on muscle-mind connection. It´s better to take it slow, maybe take a break and do it right than getting sloppy while trying to push through.
When you don´t feel like a heavy workout, it´s okay. Don´t be lazy but listen to your body. Rest is important, that´s when our muscles regrow and get stronger.
Make sure to nourish your body properly. Your body needs enough calories to function! (And don´t be afraid of carbs - they give you the energy to keep you warm and get through this workout.)
And most important: BE SOOOO FRICKING PROUD OF YOURSELF!!!! U R GR8 AND STRONG AND BEAUTIFUL!!!

i love u, have a wonderful day and take care :))

When I started working out again, couple of months ago, I found out that apart of morning coffee and doing makeup I have another time of the day dedicated to myself only. Workout really balances my life. I am very happy to follow your workouts and to combine them with other activities I do. Never stop uploading! ❤

What motivated me was the 2 days prior, RECOVERY, really helped my MENTAL to help me physically today & will throughout this week's awesome workouts. Where my mind goes, my body follows! (My roller skating coach always said, "where ur head goes, ur body follows!"). I use that one everday🤣 On this particular workout I just loved the progression of events til the end, but those squat turn/twist was FUN. New one for me. Felt good! Thank you bunches & I'm super excited for this week! Much love 2 ya, Coach Anna!!😍🙏 Rock this workout everyone!! WHOOT WHOOT!🎉💪

So thankful for your workouts Anna! I have been doing them consistently through my pregnancies and postpartum for about 4 years. Even if I don't lose weight, I feel stronger which keeps me coming back. Thank you so much!!

Just wanted to say thanks for putting this content out. My son (6) and I get up at 6:00 AM and do them every day. Sometimes my daughter (4) wants to do another one in the evening. You've kept our household sane. Thanks so much!

Anna you inspire me so much. After doing your workouts for a while I feel so strong already. I never loved working out so much. The first time I did this workout, I could barely reach 70% with extended breaks. Today, the third time I did the whole workout without any extended breaks. I feel so proud. Love so much Anna💙
