Isometrics and static holds are amazing. I've exclusively trained with isometrics and static holds as my strength training for years and it changed my life. I combine it with brisk walking. I'm absolutely shredded and strong without moving a muscle. I've noticed a lot of people say they don't work as a standalone exercise but im in phenomenal shape doing just them.

A great and different workout, some holds are harder than others and you certainly feel the burn, thank you

Can you do more static videos! I’m 30 but just got told I have already worn away my cartilage in my knees and hurts to do regular exercises. As a ex gym bunny This video is amazing and got me sweating + no pain in my knees! I can finally workout again! =)

Recent studies have shown this is the preferred way to get into exercise for those out of shape as it has fast benefits in strength and does not pose risk of injury. So do this for a month, then change your diet and move into more range of motion strength training. Even if you cut these times in half you get benefits.

I was shaking in the middle of the workout, love it ❤

I could only hold the lunges and squats for 10-15 seconds! The lactic acid BURNS! You are a machine!

This was amazing! You did great and hopefully you're planning on more isometric workouts. Now I understand why this method is so effective.

I have done it several times already and it is always hard as hell 😅 However, the good thing is that I am actually improving and able to hold most of them quite well. Thanks a lot for the video ❤

I have been subscribed for awhile now but this is the first workout we have done. This was formatted really well and the burn was real! 🔥 We have never done handstand holds before and those were killer! Looking forward to more of those!! 💪🏻 My hubby and I smashed this one out together after a 20 Minute intense glute workout. Thanks so much girl! 😘

Isometrics are fun, once in a while :) Something for everyone to add to their workout routines once in a while.

Workout week done, that was a good workout, it was tough and had to modify small parts of it but enjoyed it, thank you 🙂
