Thank you. I lost my little sister to suicide a few months ago and I still feel alot of pain inside. This morning I was not feeling well but this reaffirmed that its ok for me to continue to feel these emotions...that I can embrace them and love that I feel this way. Although its tough for me as I am sure there are many out there thst hurt for various reasons know that you are loved...and that self love starts first inside of you. Have a Blessed Day! thank u, i feel so mad bcause my parents behavior to me, and started to cry silently again bcause i promise myself that i dont have to mad at my mom but its out of control now so thank u now i can accept uncomfortable feelings in my heart without have to figure it out and force to cry❤ i hope the best gift for u! havea lovely day❤❤❤❤❤

Thank you so much for this. I just got some pretty bad news this week that my track team didn’t make it to championships and I have also been struggling with weight gain and my mental health so this really helped, I love this channel, I always come to it to meditate.
