I forgot to turn off autoplay before i went to bed...woke up at 5am to Imagine Dragons Believer blasting in my ears. Who needs an alarm clock when you've got YT recommendations, i guess. Thank you for the lovely meditation, BTW.

It’s always so surprising how quickly time goes when meditating. This 5 minutes felt like 2. I’ve only recently started following short videos and my mind wanders so much. But every time I open my eyes and bring my awareness back to the room I feel lighter and different. I hope I can keep this up because it really does feel to be a game changer. got an angry mail from my ceo just now and i was so anxious all of a sudden about what needs to be done .. but since it is bedtime, there was no point in worrying about that. and this meditation helped me calm down and be grateful in just 5 mins. this was sooo wholesome. you are soooo underrated. 💜💜💜

Wow, I prefer short meditations because I have the tendency to wander off (my mind I mean) but 5 minutes went by too quick and I was able to calm myself down, like drawing a curtain from my very busy day at work and looking after my family including assisting my sick mom. Thank you for this 🙏🏼

Ive been insanely stressed and it's affecting my health. I was laying in bed, mind racing and something told me to get up and stretch. As I was stretching, I thought maybe I should put on meditation music but I came across this. I listened to it... Eyes closed on my bedroom floor.. while stretching a bit and it moved me to tears. I felt the stress releasing as I was directed to exhale. Thank you so much. I needed that...

The video was starting to work until it asked me to think about times in the past when I had restful sleep. I can't remember a time when I had restful sleep. Then I started worrying about how I've never had restful sleep. Here I am at the end of the video and wide awake.

This is a perfect meditation. I always have trouble with focusing on meditations but it’s just the matter of finding the right one and this was definitely one of those!

If you have trouble getting comfortable or have insomnia (i have it too) i have some advice. Make sure to sleep in any position you want weather it being on the side, belly down, or up. If sleeping on side I suggest having your spine strait instead of curved down like you would get on a less fluffy pillow. The pillow cube is amazing at doing this, you can also use a very fluffed up pillow. Something that helps me with anxiety is having a small pillow ontop of me when sleeping. Make sure all of your clothes are not twisted and sitting on your body comfortably, I personally like baggy hoodies to sleep in. Don't overdo it with blankets, make sure you feel just the right tempature for your body. Another thing is making a small motion with a body part. This could be as simple as twitching a pinky or as complicated as moving your head bake and fourth. The things that help me the most is scratching the outside of my lip slowly or making a slow circle motion with my foot on the wall.

I know I’m late to commenting but I listen to this every night and I’m so glad I pressed on this video 4 months ago. I have been diagnosed with anxiety and when it’s time for sleep I get really stressed and think about how many hours of sleep I’m getting, So just thank you for allowing me to sleep if I could ask maybe make a meditation for sleep anxiety that would be great, 🥰🥰

I've never tried meditation before and even though it sais "before sleep" I just tried this, this morning, and now. It's released a lot of stress from my school today and actually made me feel much calmer and better. I think I'll be doing some things like this for now on. It helps so much im so glad I came across this thank you so much

I have had trouble sleeping for a few months and tried melatonin and everything but then I tried this.... I have done this every night for a week and it’s working like I have a off button! you deserve 1 million followers I’m defiantly spreading the word !

I took my ADHD meds a whole hour too late and I was still "wired" at 1:10AM. I did this meditation and im now half asleep lmao thank you
