Thank you so much for this! ❤❤❤❤I’ve been using it each morning with my feet in the grass while it’s warming up for spring and not too hot yet so I can hear the birds outside of my headphones as well as hearing you 🥰❤️ it’s been so helpful, I didn’t think I was going as deep as I was but yesterday my dog snuck up on my silently and I was about 4 mins in and he jammed his nose into my hand and it felt like my soul jolted back into my body it was horrible and I felt so sick and he proceeded to poke me with his nose for the rest of the meditation and I told him to please not do it today and luckily he just sat behind me today happily and let me do it in peace 😂😂🤦‍♀️ I was amazed at how deeply I’d gone into it though, so thank you so much it’s obviously a great meditation as I have no concentration usually as I have adhd so I thought 5 mins would be long enough but not too long but obviously it’s long enough for me to go wandering or something 😂❤❤❤❤❤
