I have never cried during yoga before until today. My mum passed june 2023 and monday will be her first birthday since. I knew there was something building emotionally but didnt expect it to come out on the mat. Thank you Sarah Beth, that was well needed x

Excellent practice this morn. Did it by the tv screen. Yes feelings and crying and laughter usually arise in me so much of the time and they always have esp these yin style. Emotions, yes, and i always allow them SBY, I have been hooked on your videos for a couple yrs now and i hate to miss a day. They ALWAYS make a difference in my day and of course for the positive. My gratitude and appreciation always for you. Namaste
