Building a STRONG CORE is the first step toward making maximal gains in strength and power, and performing any kind of skilled athletic movement. Believe it or not, you can build rock-solid core strength without doing crunches! These are 7 total body strength exercises which will also activate your core muscles, build strength and get your heart rate up!

Exercises
1) Reverse Lunge - Shoulder Press
2) Plank Row - Knee Tucks
3) Bridge Fly - Reverse Crunch
4) Spiderman Push-ups
5) Rotational Plank
6) Superman Squeeze
7) Y-Scap Jump

Duration: 28 Mins
Sequence: 7 exercises - 3 Circuits (40 secs Workout - 20 secs Rest)
Estimated Calories Burned: 250 - 350 Cals

I just completed your 8 week program. Before I was 65 kgs and after following your routine i am 62.6 kgs. Although I skipped for few days towards the ending weeks but for the most i was actively doing it and stayed disciplined. Thank you so much💖💖💖

After I finished my work out 1 hour every evening I see your videos ma'am joana here in your channel even I already feel sleepy but I Force my self until 10:30 to 11 pm I don't sleep if I can't see your videos very useful I motivate I learned a lot of things in your videos ma'am joana God bless and always good health

Its been a month dat i hv started to watch ur videos ..and followed ur beginners cardios and walking workout ...i hv been on my journey of weight loss for quite a while ...and used to do exercises a lot and hired trainers ..but believe me ur workouts are planned in such a manner that i can feel the strength in my body these days ..thank u so much ..❤
