Me doing 100 Russian twist 50 leg raises obtuqial heel taps 100
70 V ups
20 push ups
20 squats
2 minute plank
Run on place
for 10m

alright ima do this: leg raises, v-ups, sit-ups, mountain climbers, plank, and Russian twists.

I'm gonna keep at it for a while

And you need a body fat of 12 or lower to see you abs. I would recommend cardio and a 200-500 caloric deficit.

Easy abs
Russian twists 4×15 reps
Leg raises 2×30 reps
V-ups 4×30 reps

if you want to grow abs with doing these three things, this is what you should do 10 sets of 5 leg raises 14 sets of 15 v-ups and around 50 Russian twists
