Hey Emi! I’ve been following your videos for YEARS! They help me with military training, yet keep me slim and strong without being bulky. But I have always loved your perfect amount of commentary. You explain workouts, then motivate at just the hardest moments. Between that, and the timers you’ve always used, it’s been what’s set you apart from other workout videos for me. It’s what I love about yours and why I recommend you to sooo many other people - old and young.

Hey Emi, I wish you'd speak and accompany the workout drills with voice guidance and commentary here! Please continue the videos where yo explain each exercise, countdown, and provide motivation throughout. Makes the workout a lot more fun, accurate, less quiet and motivational.

I have never done more than a 10 min abs video and man was this a great challenge!! I actually really liked that there wasn’t much voiceover, it was a lot easier to focus with the music. Thank you so much Emi!!! I hope you are happy and healthy😁
