This 15 minute beginner walk with 6 minutes of stretching is great for lowering blood sugars and improving sleep. You can do this workout every night after dinner or before bed to get in some extra steps, lower your blood sugars and feel more relaxed as you work on improving flexibility. This walk is great for anyone wanting to get in more steps (whether you have diabetes or not). Total step count today is 1459 steps. Of course, you can do this workout at any time of the day, but the music at the end is put together to make you feel more relaxed at the end of the day.

I forgot the good feeling of doing this one. Tonight I did it and when I saw, and remember the exercices on the chair I was so happy 😊 ( this afternoon again I did the new 4000 steps) 😅 know I can relax on my sofas! 👍🧘‍♀️

I just didn't have a "get sweaty" intense workout in me this afternoon. I know better than to push it when I know there's no oomph. So, I used this one to move all the muscle groups around, and get the circulation flowing.

And by the way...I always read your words of encouragement---even though I'm pretty good at self-motivation. One thing I say to myself every morning, aloud, is "I plan to make today be a GOOD day."

Today's been a GOOD day so far...

During the stay home time of Covid, I found a free YT Tai Chi channel. I learned a few moves (e.g., Crane, horse's mane, moving clouds). It was cool, I would glance at your moves then just invent tai-chi"ish" moves, maybe going slower, moving as a bird across water, etc... Anyway, it was wonderful to do my thing along with you❣️🌻

I'd like a series of vídeos of walking after eating. It would be helpful to have different videos like this, 10, 15, 20, 30 minutes. And if possible, some of them with music from the 50s, 70s, 80s, etc. I know this could be difficult because of the Copyright, but I hope there's something you can do. . .

I just want to say that I'm 35 and love your workouts. I usually do over 10k steps per day to manage my pcos. I do this workout or your other gentle options hours after eating before bed. I've noticed a difference in my digestion and I thank you so much! My Mom who turns 60 this year enjoys your workouts as well!!!
