Burning fat while sleeping? I know you're thinking it's impossible, but it's actually not! Our body is always burning fat. It's our body's way of keeping our involuntary system working.

Burning fat is all about boosting your metabolism, and today's routines are great for this. This workout is a cardio and resistance training which helps ensure consistent muscle recovery throughout the night while you sleep.

Do this workout every night before you sleep. Make sure to allot at least 2hrs before bedtime so you won't be too maxed out before bed. Good luck and let's get started!❤️💪

I’ve been doing your exercises 3 times a week now and I can’t believe the strength I feel now.. my arms and legs feel strong and my belly is flatter! I’m carrying more groceries in my arms than I normally do, lol! I’m motivated to keep going!

Dear Roberta,

I used to avoid this channel. It was weird to work out with an animation. But recently just started doing this and don’t know why I thought it was weird haha. It’s nice that we go into the workout straight. My third night doing it before bed. I get a good sweat and arms ache in the morning... 👍🏼 I hope this really makes my body fat burn while I sleep...

I used to have lots of trouble sleeping and would take sleeping pills at night. Ever since I found this video not only did I subscribe to the channel but I sleep much better now and stopped taking sleeping pills. Thanks to Rebecca’s Gym.

Thank you Roberta I'm doing you exercise for a month and l lost nearly 3 kg I ate healthy food and 15 km per day.
For one year I lost 15 kg.
I feel great.

It's been hard for me to exercise during the day and I eat a lot. Night time is when Im surging with motivation to work out and finally I tried it.

Who does extra reps during rest time?? Cause I love doing the extra work lol makes me feel stronger each time I do it just so I can burn a little more calories. I’ve been doing this workout for 2 weeks and it really makes me sweat, but I love em and I’m so happy I found these workouts. They are def effective I sleep like a baby and wake up refreshed. 2nd day doing this and i can somewhat feel a different in my upper body. I honestly feel great. The plank is my only weekness though. thank you so much for this workout

This is my day 4 and I was so amazed that I feel my bones not weaker anymore, I feel it is strong even the plank in 16 seconds I can take it, not like the other day it was so hard for me but now has change, thanks for uploading this video it really helps me so much
