Day 1 : Done ✅ Feeling tired but excited to have started.

I had to take a break from the gym for some time due to time management difficulties. So, thought of trying this home workout.

Day 2 : Done ✅ Had a little body pain from previous day's workout but managed to complete it 👍

Day 3 : Done ✅ Hurray 3-days straight! Let's hope the streak doesn't break 😅

Day 4 : Done ✅ Yayy we showed up!

Day 5 : Done ✅ Yes yes let's keep going...🙌

I started this workout at 5am and I plan to do it again at bedtime. Most of the exercises I was able to do with the least amount of difficulty but I have realized how out of shape I really am and the damage I could be causing if I don't get it together. This routine I feel is going to help greatly with getting me to my goal weight and tone look and I can do it with the family.

I'll be starting these from tomorrow
Before:
Arms: 13 inches
Breast: 36 inches
Waist: 32 inches
Upper stomach: 33 inches
Lower stomach: 38 inches
Hips: 38 inches
Thighs: 23 inches
Calves: 14 inches
I'll be doing 300 skippings along with these exercises and some strechings too AND IM NOT DOING ANY DIET because my indian mom will not allow

After delivery meri bely fat ghati nhi rhi h bht prisan ho gayi hu. So aj mene ye video dekha aur aj se hi mene ye exercise suru kar di h.. bht hi acchi lgi mujhe I love it❤️❤️❤️
