2 days ago I started your workouts because I was gaining weight due to this pandemic hoping to boost my immune system. Later I realized that we need to do some exercise to help us more physically fit. Thanks for the videos!

I realized due to all the stress in welfare works and daily routine I had many blocks in my heart which felt like they were released after the stretching exercises which further improves breathing and better blood circulation

Due to the blocks body starts going out of shape and even the mind cannot think properly and clearly

Also I noticed when the body starts going out of shape, at times it becomes even more addicted to the foods that cause overweight

I started the night routine only yesterday and I think I lost 2kgs already in 24hrs

I think i had gained 5 to 6 Kgs more than the normal body weight as per height showing in Tummy abs and waistline, legs etc

I love this workouts, 2 days & nights already...thank u for this challenging workouts, wanna lose weight 10kgs.I am currently 72kgs. Lets see in 1 month, i will update u, I also eat less, no more rice for 2 weeks, and I am drinking lemon tea and ginger tea.

I work as an employee for the Kame Yu department stores, and I get home every day by 8 PM at the latest. I don't smoke, but I occasionally drink. I'm in bed by 11 PM, and make sure I get eight hours of sleep, no matter what. After having a glass of warm milk and doing about twenty minutes of stretches before going to bed, I usually have no problems sleeping until morning. Just like a baby, I wake up without any fatigue or stress in the morning.
