Ever had one of those days when you feel the need to workout but you're just too tired, or lazy, to get up and get moving? I'm sure we all have!

That's why today's workout is just so perfect because this is a fat-burning exercise for when you need to burn those calories on your lazy days. It's highly efficient and it's the perfect workout to do when you're not in the mood to be active.

I think I'm gonna try do this every night, , love these videos!! These videos previously a few years ago helped me loose 3 stone! But since then I've gained 90% of that weight back so thought I'd try these workouts again! Great workouts that actually work! Thank you so much Roberta :)

This is so helpful for me after a long day of work when I don’t feel like working out for an hour but still want to stay consistent in staying active I’m going to do this alongside another workout and see what results I get:
Day 1: DONE ✅ (was not bothered to do much and this made me feel good)

Im sweating… my 1st workout and I was so unmotivated do to the thought of moving so much but this lazy workout really did justice

I did it. I had a few minutes so I thought, why not. It would be excellent for a beginner or as a warm up and cool down.

This is absolutely perfect for my off training days. Although, I do have to put this at 1.5x speed I still get a great workout.
