This guy has a secret mission to teach people how to dance without them even knowing. Like the master from karate kid who teaches how to fight with normal things in live.

Hello Rick! I just wanted to thank you for putting these videos on Youtube. I broke two ribs on Dec 28th, I was in pain, but I was determined to stay active while recovering. I found your channel and started walking on January 2nd and it kept me motivated. I ended up doing multiple walks during the day and now I can say that I've been working out regularly (cardio, hiit, weights, etc.) for two weeks. I loved the walks so much that I decided to add little walks throughout the day to keep my mood elevated since I can't help but smile, dance and sing when I do these workouts. Thank you soooo very much! :D

I just finished the cooldown. OMG for someone like me who loves to dance, the music was mellow and I just vibed to it while getting my steps in. Nice job Rick.

Thank you. I am over weight with knee problems. I found it difficult to move. But your low impact work outs are amazing. I work out to your videos every morning before I go to work. I truly appreciate you.

Thank you for this workout. I am 3 weeks post recovery from surgery and although I am encouraged to take walks, I still need to take it easy. This cool down workout was the perfect pace I needed. Your energy and positive demeanor are a delight. 😊

I am a 72 year old woman with arthritic bone to bone knees. I love your videos and use them to work out nearly every day. I have on a couple of occasions accomplished doing 2 of the 5000 steps videos in one day, and I am averaging about 7000 steps a day, just walking and dancing with you. Thank you! I was a pretty good dancer in my day so I love your flare.

I LOVE your workouts; they have been a lifesaver. Thank you! Please, could you make another before bed workout. I have worn this one out as I do it after dinner. Thanks again for your hard work.

I love this! At the end of the day if I haven’t hit my step count, I sneak in a short workout to boost my steps. This will be perfect for it’s length and intensity. Thank you!! 💜

I'm 70.

Love this. It is great for a cool down after a workout or getting those few extra steps in if you are a little short of your goal.

I love these! I haven’t worked out in years and it’s overtime meant my legs don’t work very well and I’ve developed a painful limp and gained way too much weight. PT told me I need to start exercising my legs so I can build up some (any…) strength, and it’s sooo hard to find videos that are fun but also good for beginners. It’s so easy to get discouraged when a “beginner” video is too much. Love so many of your videos and I’m looking forward to being able to do longer ones!

Thanks so much Rick 🙏🏼😛 wasn't feeling like doing anything today, made a deal with myself to just do this, and am so glad I did! Just what I needed. Reminded me how great these videos are 😛 inspired to do another now 😛 have an awesome day 🤪

This was nice! I've been dealing with a condition called pseudo tumor cerebri which is caused by hypertension of the brain. It is causing my pituitary gland to be squished which in turn has caused all kinds of issues from weight gain to hormone and emotional imbalances. I appreciate your laid back video. I feel like I finally accomplished a workout that my body can handle. Thanks for the high five. I've subscribed and plan to start with your low impact videos in hopes of one day being able to complete more challenging ones. God bless you and thanks again! ❤
