Welcome to day 2 of the 30 day yoga challenge. Today we are taking a rest from peak poses and focusing on the whole body with a 20 minute full body yoga flow. This class is for all levels and includes options to modify postures to help you find what works for you.

In this class we are moving through more traditional sequences including sun salutations, a warrior flow, vinyasa sequences and restorative hip openers. This class includes postures that target the whole body to give you a well rounded full body flow.

I hope you enjoy this 20 min full body yoga flow.

I am really love this challenge. I have to say since I found you (5 months ago) my practice changed A LOT. I had experience but now I am doing really advance classes and it’s thanks to you. I even went to a yoga studio but felt your classes are so complete and made me build the strength i needed it, I feel really confident with my body ❤ Thank you charlie! I enjoyed this class. I was able to be mindful of my breathing while getting into the positions. I’m learning to let my breath move me, although I forget at times. Again, the slower pace gave me room to explore more. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
