Welcome to day 2 of the 30 day yoga challenge. Today we are taking a rest from peak poses and focusing on the whole body with a 20 minute full body yoga flow. This class is for all levels and includes options to modify postures to help you find what works for you.
In this class we are moving through more traditional sequences including sun salutations, a warrior flow, vinyasa sequences and restorative hip openers. This class includes postures that target the whole body to give you a well rounded full body flow.
