Did 7 sets with 1 min rest + exercise of the day (60 seconds side plank hold) + 3 sets of 'Hello, abs!' with 2 min rest

7 sets finished ✅ I am willing to stick to this program everyday I am really excited to the impact on my cardio conditioning. I am playing badminton every 1-2 weeks against a friend close battles and after one hour of playing I am really having a hard time and I think if my cardio would be one level up I would beat up even more often his ass 😂

im a person who dont workout much and for some reason i was really hyped and i skipped some rests and at set 6 rest i was doing push-ups and then finished
