I've hurt my achilles tendon, and did step jacks instead of jumping jacks, but I made it through the workout! I'm so grateful for your programs. They've made such a difference in how I feel.

I’ve been doing Darebee workouts since 2016. I’m trying to convince my wife to join me but she thinks it’s too much for her busy schedule. But now that we can see how’s it done, she joined me immediately and now on her 2nd day (day 9 of the program joining me). I also saw how I was doing some exercises wrongly in the past. 😅

7 sets doneday 9 ✅I like your talk how important to invest in our health I will do after 20 years of struggling with diet personal trainer many diet plan I will stick to this every day this is the only easy thing to do in my. living room even without sport clothes with pyjamas 😅 👍

Nearly skip today's workout and break my streak but I pulled through with level 3. Thanks for the company!

Done with 7 sets of the workout with 1 min rest between sets
Also did 7 sets of Cardio and Coordination workout with 1 min rest between sets

Thanks team Darebee for the program and video guidance, once i used to hate cardio and hiit, but now I'm loving it.Thanks for inspiration
