Did all 7 sets of Day 12 and also did 5 sets of Legs of Steel, both with 1 min rest between sets, especially the first 3 exercises of legs of steel, doing them one after another was pure hell 🔥

Day 12 level 3 finished. I noticed that for the first 2 set we only did ten knees to elbows.
