Did 7 sets of workout with 1 min rest between sets

Also did 7 sets of Jurrasic workout with 1 min rest between sets

I have experienced that once I used to hate high knees and this high impact workout days, now I'm enjoying them because they are fun, challenging and short.

I have a 12 year old cat as a companion during workouts and he's an essential part of getting through all 7 sets. Your dogs are so cute! Thank you for another excellent routine!

Day 25 only able to complete level2 my calf felt like they where going to break and could barely do the Hugh knees after set 4 managed to pull through for set 5 so completed level two hopefully next time will be able toncomplete level 3
