Did the 7 sets of the workout wearing wrist and leg weighted bands with 1 min rest between sets
Also did 5 sets of Spartacus workout wearing band
It was really challenging to do even the simplest of the workout

Day 13 level 3 completed. My body is finally starting to crave a bit of movement. My mind is fighting me less. Almost at the half way point let's go!!!

Did the TBP for day 13 by skipping the rest 2 minutes for all 7 sets!!!

Hi Neila, thank you so much for your work. I do workout + exercice + challenge of the day everyday since 4 months now and I added total burn since march 1st... is it OK to don't have full recovery day? Today it should be a "recovery day" for me on my burnout program but the burpees + knock out will be a little bit challenging for my poor little heart 😅
