Nice program. In the beginning High Knees were so intense for me that I thought my heart was going to burst out of my chest, but at the end of the program I didn't even needed full 2 minutes of rest time beetween sets. Thanks Neila for being our host for these 30 days, your tips and motivational speech helped me stay through entire program.

Finally, completed the program
Did 7 sets with 1 min rest between sets
Also did 7 sets of PIE workout with 1 min rest between sets
Also did dare - 30 leg raises
And BetterLegsDay2 done

I can only say thank you, thank you, thanks a lot Niela and team Darebee for the program and your company throughout the program, I usually used to do a workout alone, and sometimes it used to be boring and felt tired sometimes. But during the whole program, I felt happy to come again. I wish you make more programs here, it will wonderful.

Great program. Easy to follow. Day 30 (60 total) done. New lower weight average. I feel the change. Now to pick another program, any suggestions? I saw on the website yesterday a new cardio and abs program. Will there be a video series on that?
