I Love this program.My Cardio needed a lot of work and this was just the medicine I needed.Thank you for this great resource.

Did all 7 sets with 1 min rest, Day 11 completed

Also did tried Knock Out workout, it was really amazing. 1 set took me 9 min approx.I was able to do 1 set only after the cardio workout. I can say it is one of the best boxing workout in darebee, will definitely try 7 sets one day

Day 11 level 3 done. Almost at the hald way point.

Did the workout at level one today as I have to go somewhere outside i hope I will be able do the remaining 4 sets later in the evening!!!
