Did all 7 sets of workout with first 4 sets done with 1 min rest and last 3 sets with 30 sec rest between sets
Also did Recovery workout

Hello @Darebee I have been doing this challenege at level 7 each day today is day number 4 but i have a question from starting this challenge till now i havent even dropped 1 pound. Am i doing something wrong? Please respond
