it's been seven days, i do three workouts of her (this, the slim arms one, n the thigh for beginners) exercises, along with a fasting diet. i went from 70 kg to 66 kg in just 7 days. it's fantastic

I did this workout (along with her slim arms workout) for 2 weeks and I lost 5 pounds 😅 I was so shocked and I still can’t believe it tbh

Guys I see many of you in the comments saying you didn't lose as much weight as expected or some of you even gaining weight. If you only do this, its not enough. You need to have a minimum of 1 hour of exercise daily it can be as easy as just walking or jogging or harder exercises also control your diet so that it fits YOU. Your diet should fit as in how active are you, your daily schedule, your metabolism, etc. Everyone has a different daily schedule and different metabolism rates so our body reacts to the food differently. Also keep in mind that you eat food for energy, not for no reason. I used to be like that too when I would eat for no reason even though I was full and had a lot of energy. Its most likely because you are bored so think about something else apart from food and have self control. Also the thing about eating breakfast daily is not really true because unless you are actually hungry you don't NEED to eat breakfast if you aren't hungry. This is why that food you eat instead of using it for energy it gets stored in as fat which now you would burn which is really unnecessary to you. So unless you are active you shouldn't be eat that much considering your physical activity level also considering that we are living during covid we are not as active as before yet we still eat just as much as we used to to leading you to gaining weight. Anyways be positive about yourself, eat healthy and well, stay hydrated and take care!!

i have been doing this workout for several days now because the arm slimming exercise has become too easy for me now. i haven't really tracked the changes in my weight tho im surprised to see that some of my shorts and bottoms are fitting me nicely again.

what i love about this exercise is how much it makes my body tired/sleepy by the end of the day because im an insomniac. since i started this workout and if i do this in the morning or at least before 3pm, I feel incredibly sleepy by 9pm to 10pm. it has rly regulated my sleeping patterns.

Tbh, this workout is awesome. i've done it for half a year, and i lost about 15 kg, from 74kg to 58kg. This exercise definitely works, u just need to stick with it!

I've done 7-day practice with this exercise. Actually, I also did this along with her slim arm and leg exercises. After 7 days, I lost 0.5kg from 53kg - > 52.5kg. What makes me surprising is my arm lost 2 size, from 31 to 29. I'm really happy with that. I will try more and maybe comeback after a month. Thank youuuu

update: the thing I love about this workout the most is that I don't feel sore after doing it, I definitely feel the change in my stomach and thighs, I will update y'all about my weight when I finish doing it for a week :)

so yeah I lost 0.5 in a week (keep in mind I ate normally, no diet, but no junk food tho)

I do eat a lot of junk food- so if I don't get results that's why.
Day 1: I used to do Chloe Ting workouts before, and those were so hard. This felt effective but went at the right pace for me.

I did these exercises for almost a week(6-5 days). So, it helped me when I ate a lot of food. After these exercises my weight didn't go up. When I ate salads and healthy food my weight ‘went away’.
Start: 44, 1 kg

Never drink too much water at night or during a workout!

Omooo.... I'm sorry I forgot to update. That's coz I stopped doing this workout coz of exams😢 but I'm jumping ropes everyday and currently my weight is 47.8kg and I'm even taller So I definitely recommend y'all to do this workout alongside other workout that would collectively help you

I lost 1kg in 1 week thanks to April Han. I stopped eating junk food and drinking sweet drinks and controlled the portions of what I eat, I didn't eat very little but I also didn't eat a lot. I did her workout along with some of her other workouts every single day and the results came in very fast.

I’ve been doing this workout(+ two others for my legs) since Tuesday and- NO. JOKE.- I’ve gone from 192 down to 184! I’ve been on a very healthy diet- only eating a small breakfast, a fruit for lunch and a small dinner ! This DEFINITELY works so if you’re thinking about trying it JUST DO IT 💕
