Im starting this challenge today, I'll keep you updated.
Day 1: Overall it was not the hardest workout i've ever done but it was nice and I definetly got pretty tired after completing it. The bicycle was the most troublesome exercise for me so I had to take a 5 secound break but I pushed through. Looking forward to doing it tommorow.
Day 2: Today it was kinda easier for me, but that might be beacouse I drank a looot of coffe before doing this. This time I did the bicycle just fine but he plank ups killed me (probably beacouse my tricpes are sore).
Day 3: I decided to do this today even tho I wasn't planning to, it went just like day 2, it was alright but the plank ups are a bit too hard for me to do them for 50 sec.
Day 4: Probably the hardest day yet, idk why but I struggled with basically everything but it made completing this even more satisfying
Day 5: I did this for 2 rounds this time, it was really challenging for me and tiring but I think I'll do it again tommorow beacouse only 1 round stopped being that hard.
Day 6: Same as yesterday, I did it for 2 rounds, tommorow im finally going to complete this challenge!
THE LAST DAY: Today I pushed myself ever further by doing this 3 times with 2 min rests in between sets, I feel extremely tired now and I think im gonna go to bed lol. Im really happy that I managed to do this beacouse im a lazy cunt 90% of the time but I managed to do this thanks to your comments, they really gave me a lot of motivation, thanks!
So, you're probably wondering, what really changed?
In terms of my body, this workout didn't do much (beacouse I only did it for a week so far, im planning on adding this to my workout schedule for good), I lost a little bit of fat but that's mostly to my current "diet'. But, in terms of strenght I can really feel the diffrence even after only 1 week. The exercises I struggled with the most got easier (not easy, just easier) which makes me 100% sure that there is some progress there.
If you're still debaing if you should or shouldn't do this challnge beacouse you're unsure of the effects, just do it ffs! Everyone will get diffrent results and the only way you can find out what this will do to you is to do it yourself.

TL;DR

My body - didn't change much, only lost a bit of fat
My strenght - can definetly feel progress, hard exercises became a little bit easier.
If you're debating if you wanna do this or nah, just do it! it's the only way to find out if you get stronger or not.

Ab workouts are never the waste but if you want some proper gains, or fat losses which are more important for gaining abs, you should follow some structured and personalized diet plan! I got mine from Next Level Diet, but there are many more great options online (especially if you are lazy like me and hate counting calories and macros). I lost 5lbs of fat in my first month, but I have just started 💪

I can say for a fact that this actually works. I’m a teen and have been doin this for 5 days now, and you can already start to see the improvements! I will keep doin this after the 7 days also.

Going through a break up right now. I've been going to the gym since november but from today I know it will be needed more than ever. I've always struggled with belly fat even though my arms, chest and legs are in nice shape. It hurts a lot, life hurts a lot right now, and I just want him to comeback, but thank you for doing this, and inspiring people like me who need to hope and look for a better future.
