I have been doing this for 7 days already (just completed today). Along with healthy eating, I’ve lost 1 inch around my waist but 3 inches around my stomach. Lost 8 lbs in 1 week.

Started doing this about 3 days ago and everyday I had to take extra and longer breaks while doing this workout, but today was the first day I did it without stopping and I’m so proud of myself, thank you so much, I’m trying to loose weight for when I start high school and show everyone that called me fat that I am strong no matter what shape I am 💪💪💪

calves: 14 inches
thighs: 19.5 inches

*it really is effective guys! There might noy be a major change on my measurements, but my metabolism really improved. I am not that sensitive to cold and I don't feel constipated often anymore.

I have been doing Lucy's videos for 6 weeks now and they are the best realistic workouts I have found. I feel so much better. I've lost almost 10 lbs and about 2 inches off my stomach. I feel confident I can continue my weightloss journey with her variety of videos.

I must say, I am turning 52 and I feel better than in my 20s because of Lucy's workouts! They are so wonderful and doable for the rest of my life. I also got her cookbook and it is the best thing I ever did. I feel beyond words better since eating healthy!!! :)

I’ve haven’t been measuring the inches I’m losing but this and your 7 day challenge to lose 1-2 inches has helped me lose 7 lbs in the last two weeks and I’m pushing for more! These are amazing workouts!!!

Your videos are the bomb. My 6yr old daughter just loves jumping around ....I have introduced relatives in their 60s. The love the fact that it is short but they still work up a sweat.

Thank you so much for making your videos! I love how you incorporate the two levels in one video. Due to multiple surgeries in two years, I am so out of shape and I am no longer able to do fast jump movements. When I found you I just started smiling and crying in relief. Y'all this works 😩 whenever I start doing these exercises I notice I get hungrier quicker than normal meaning I'm my metabolism is up and more calories are being burned. Whenever I stop doing these, my metabolism goes back to normal and I start gaining the weight back. So do this workout and keep at it! It works!

Right now made my first workout of this video, because my old, 15 minute workout stopped having effect after I lost 15 kilos last summer (From 90 kilos to 75). 7 minutes, I feel the effect and it made me so happy! Thank you!
