Hi Friends ! Please Do these Exercises with Me ! On My Counting & Speed to get Maximum Results.
After completing 1 round, If you are not tired you can do these exercises again .
Always make sure your movements are not fast, they have to be controlled with right mind and body connection so you can feel the burn in your body.

1 round complete karne ke baad agar aapko lagta hai ki aap aur exercise karna chahte hain to dobara is workout video ko start karke exercise kar sakte hain .
Apni movements ko na zyada tez ya zyada slow rakhiye, meri speed par kariye aur apne dimaag aur body mein connection tootne mat dijiye, bahut jaldi aapko fat burn feel hone lagega.

Really useful exercises.I do it daily in the afternoon because I work at nights, I have a hard job though, walks minimum 14000 steps a night.once again awesome experience doing it

Mene apki kush 🎥🎥videos ko just last 4-5 Din📅 se dekha nd exercise🏃‍♀️🧘‍♀️ day me 2 time🕰 krna start kea... mujhe ykeen😱e nhi hota.. mera bally fat, thigh fat last in👉 4 5 dino me bhut kam ho gya haii.. mene pehle v bhut se videos🎬 dekhi hai nd start bhi kya hai nd exercise🧘‍♀️ just 1 ja 2 din krk bore😥 ho jati thi.. lekin apki exercise kitni interesting😍 hai k sham🕰 ko apne app excrise krne ko man krta haii... mene results🤷‍♀️ dekh kr apko comment📝📝 kya hai..

Hi Natasha, you're doing a great job by helping lots of people with your exercises including me. In your video it shows 3 of you on the screen with all front sides only. It could be better if it shows the 1st picture of you as front side, 2nd as back side and 3rd as side way. It'll help us a lot to do the exercises with right posture. So please in your new videos try to show all 3 sides. Thanks a lot 😊

Thankyou so much😊 ma'am iam 14 year old my weight is 80 kg .day 5th of doing this exercise and guess what I can clearly see difference ❤before doing this exercise my waist was 38 inches and after 4 days of doing this exercise now my waist is 35 inches and I didn't do any diet but I stop over eating I will tell you results after 7 days❤❤❤

I did this workout for a week and i got results!! I'm gonna update every week!

Week 1: Lost 1.5 inch

Week 2: lost another 2.3 inch
Total: 3.8 inches
About my diet... Well... I take 2 slices of bread and jam, (or biscuits) and a cup of tea. I usually skip lunch, and for dinner, I eat anything that's cooked, or fruits. That's it!
