Losing weight in 7 days is not impossible. You can indeed see results in just one week as long as you workout everyday and combine it with a healthy, low-calorie diet.

Of course, as you know, you need to stay motivated and disciplined in order to achieve your goal. Remember that weight loss depends on things like your current weight, height, age, gender, metabolism, and how hard you train. On average, our body can lose 3-7kg in a month by doing just any workout you can find on our channel.

That being said, you may need to train harder and do some major changes in your lifestyle and diet in order to see the results by the end of this challenge. It's important to stay active and to eat healthy and to stay away from grains and sugar.

Thank you Roberta's Gym due to your workout I just lose 12kg within three months even without diets.
Guys if you really want to lose weight do it everyday 30Minutes work out really changed my lifestyles. You have to belive in yourself when no one else does- that makes you a winner right there .

Hey Roberta ! Very glad that I found this workout .. I’m just going to begin this right from tomorrow morning !! I weight 70 kgs now. I do a few exercises but I’m not really consistent! But as this is just 7 days challenge, I shall do it consistently and get back with the results!

Today I'm going to start this workout and I'm also doing intermittent fasting(16:8) Now my weight is 53 kg. I'll update day by a pcod patient so I dnt knw how much it is possible (I mean weight loss) but I never quit


Day 1: 🔥completed (after 30 min I'm really tired take 5 more min to rest then continue)

Day 2: successfully completed 😍

Day 3: successfully completed 💖

Day 4: successfully completed 😋

Day 5: successfully completed

Day 6: successfully completed

Hi Roberta..could you please let me know if your workouts can be done for someone who has weak stomach muscles. I had a delivery 3 years ago but my core stomach muscles are still not very strong. Please let me know which of your workouts I can do as I have seen the immediate effects on my husband within a week after he started doing tour workouts daily and I really need to loose weight too and get fit. Thanks 😊
