Day 4 and I notice the difference in waist line - yes already notice !!! I’m still getting out of breath but this is amazing - last night cooked a spaghetti bolognaise drained out all the fat and added a tin of green lentil it was delicious and filling ! Whilst it was cooking I did my workout 7 mins yes just 7 mins !! Thankyou Lucy you are a star 🌟

Love your videos. I'm 80 and did zumba before covid now walk every week but had stopped actually exercising. Doing your 7 min routine every day and feeling a bit stiff when. I wake up but determined to keep going. Had a big 80th birthday party and need a 90th!!

I finished day 6 today, and my waist has tucked in a bit. There is a noticeable difference and it boosts my confidence. Thank you Lucy, love all your workouts :)

Today is my first day of 7 but i feel great. I’m only 12 years old, but is work out is great. I love how clam and place full you are.Thank you so so much for making is wonderful work out! 💪🏻

As a stay at home mom, with literally no time to go off to the gym, I do this right after putting my boys to sleep. While I'm only on Day 4, my confidence is starting to boost. So excited to be able to do this without getting winded. And VERY excited to see results! Gotta keep reminding myself that consistency is the key.

Hi I just wanted to thank you for making this video.
Me and my husband took the challenge 7 days twice a day.
I've got PCOS and managed to loose 6lbs and my husband has fibromyalgia and managed to loose 7lbs.
We plan to keep going with this workout video.

Ladies, stick with Lucy. She knows what she's doing! I've been doing her workouts for 3 or 4 years and I have TINY ups and downs in weight during the holidays, etc. 🙃But I have stayed stable and in a good BMI range. Her workouts are totally customizable for whatever health conditions you have. I did her workouts through COVID and my body still looks good. Healthy diet helps, but when you do eat unhealthy foods, Lucy is there to encourage you and get you right back on track. Look no further, use her free workouts!!

I did this for 7 days and lost 1.25" off my belly. I hate to workout and I don't eat right but I can do 7 minutes a day!! I just put a reminder on my phone and get up and do it. Thank you so much Lucy! I am going to keep doing this and the 7 minute arms, even though I can only do 3 1/2 minutes so far. I feel so much better!!

I am 66 and retired Apr 22. Never been sporty but thought I would try exercising on line as don't like routine of classes. Tried a couple of different trainers but after reading up on boosting metabolism - found you earlier this year. 7 minutes a day and dropped down from 80 to 72kg in a few months along with smaller portions and less bread and potatoes Inc gluten free home baked cookies. I feel and look much better and it has helped me focus on what I like doing. One thing I would say is BREATHING! I read up on correct breathing ie through nose and it makes it much easier exercising. You are a worthwhile person and deserve your place on this earth. I recommend you to everyone who bemoans their thickening waistline. 😮

Dear Lucy, I am now on my third day of this new workout and challenge and doing the January challenge and loving the sweat. You say that we can put music from the second day onwards but your encouragement through the workout and the fact that you keep me present while doing the workout makes me want to follow your instructions each time, also reminds me to keep that tummy in!! Thank you

I have been exercising regularly since at least Nov, 2021 and haven't lost a lb but it's good for my mental health and I'm sure it's toning my muscles. I enjoy each and every work out Lucy has available on YouTube. I exercise at least 6 days a week. I'm very grateful for these exercises.

SO GOOD this workout ! It’s going to be my second favourite after the great “ ab and waist “ challenge that you recently released, which I ❤️ . The idea of it being 30 sec per move and 2 rounds, makes it so doable… THX 🙏
