Welcome to another belly fat workout challenge!

Today we are challenging you to 8 minutes of workout everyday to lose those belly fat in just 7 days! So for a few minutes everyday for the next week, follow along the intensive workout moves in this video and feel those belly fat slowly working its way out of your bodies and creating a leaner, slimmer midsection.

My wife just finished the 7 day challenge. She continued her regular walking and exercise routine but reduced her calorie intake to 1600 a day. She lost 3/4 inch off her waist and 3/4 " off her hips. She also loss 2.8lbs. She says "Thank you, Roberta."

Girl I watched your videos last year and whitin a month I lost more than 3kg, love your workouts, they help a LOTT, definitely RECOMEND %

Day 1 - i can feel nothing
Day 2 - i start to get used to it
Day 3- i will do it 2 times a day
Day 4- its okay i think🥺
Day 5 - i still hope
Day 6 - i have some changes
Day 7 - a little bit but i will start something else from robertas video 😍

I will do this for 1 week.
Day 1: felt some burn but, easy. (P.s make sure to like or comment to remind me) Day 2: basically the same as yesterday. But, it gets even more easier.

(Note: everyone is different. So, the results I have may not be the same for others)

Day 3: I barley felt burn this time. And it gets easier. But, it felt relaxing💜

Day 4: I noticed bits of changes.

I will summarize all my results basically I noticed some changes my belly seemed to get a little flatter. I took before pictures and after and notice slight bit of change.

Okayy so I'll be honest over here done this for 2 weeks and yeah I've lost 4 INCHES. So thank you Roberta for this❣️

Doing this twice a day for a week just so my body can get used to working out. Because it is a fairly easy workout

Finished the 7 day challenge. This is the best chanel to exercise. I have a flatter tummy since completing this exercise for 7 days I'm going to try other excercises from this chanel

doing this for the summer!
Day:1 IT BURNED AS HELL. but i got through it!!
Day:2 IT GOT WORSE BC I DID A CHRISTMAS DANCE PARTY THING BC I LOVE CHRISTMAS!! BUT I FINSIHEDD
Day:3 It still burned on some exercises but it got easier and im kinda noticing differences and i can fit into overalls that i couldnt! before
Day:4 it barley burned this time wayyyy easier.
Day:5 it didnt even hurt! only the plank though.. but tysm! ill probably do this for another week or so and im starting to use my treadmill for maybe 20 mins a day today im doing 10 minutes
Day:5 WAYY EASIER BUT I HAVE CHURCH TODAY SO NO TREADMILL ABD I DIDNT DO YESTERDAY EITHER...
