Lost 2.5 inches from my waist after 16 days of doing this exercise, not bad. During rest time, i do planking instead and keep pushing. Thank you Roberta gym 😘

i have completed my day 2, exercise is quite interesting .from last month i have gained some weight on my belly and working on it

Doing Roberta’s warm up exercises as well…My goal is 26 inch waist with a weight of 45kg in 2 months…will update my weight after every 5 or 3 days

Hi.. today was the first day of my workout.. it went pretty smooth.. I was able to complete the whole workout within the same time !
