For those who are wondering if this is effective I’m here to tell you IT IS!!. I’ve been doing this workout for 4 days and I’m already seeing my waist slimming and stomach flattening not only that I also see me body toning up. Will definitely be making this my everyday routine

Day 1:✅ it was hard, im sweating like a pig, but it will be worth it
Day 2:✅ my legs are soo sore, omg but it is done, only one person has liked my commente and supported me, wich is really motivating, because at least i have one supporter🖤
Day 3: ✅ it was easier, also earlyer today i had phisical education at school, it was only ten minutes, but yeah. Two more supporters, thankx, love you 🖤🖤

Update after starting the workout on 27th Feb.
Today is March 21, around 3 weeks of sticking to this workout religiously. I have lost 6 kgs in total. Loving how much this workout is helping me become healthier. I'm following this along with a strict diet and an hour walk for some cardio as well.
Starting weight: 86.2 kg
Current weight: 80.2 kg

Day1-✅ felt good, BURNED like i need breaks the second round of doing it but i got through it💕
Day2-✅ MUCH easier then day one!! didn’t take as many breaks!! i’m really liking this workout!!
Day3-✅ workout get easier and easier! i can see little results in my body!!
Day4-✅ nice workout! today was took a lilttle bit longer but we got through it! i can see a difference in my thighs!
Day5- skipped, i was super down today but tommrow i start a diet!
Day-✅❌ i did one set! started to get dizzy
