Ok sorry i got few personal problems (but no i didn’t die :))
Anyway i still did it and lost 1kg (but i didn’t ate really healthy)
So im doing it again this week and im trying to do it in the morning and to eat really healthy :)))
Btw thank you all so much for the motivation comments
Monday : really cool i liked it
Tuesday : it was really early so i was tired but it did wake me like really good
Wenesday : really cool
Thursday : i went running instead
Friday : tired but it was ok :)
Saturday : damn it hit hard but worth it !
Sunday : sweaty but effective

Résult : I lost a little less than 2kg (i really recommand to do it guys !!!!)

accountability thread!

sw: 196 lbs 🤢 (heaviest i’ve ever been)
waist: 35 in
lower belly: 38 3/4 in
hips: 46 in
thigh: 27 1/2 in

day 1 (3/13): did both part 1 and part 2, sides of my abs hurt, guess that’s how you know it’s working!
day 2 (3/14): worked out this morning, didn’t do great with food yesterday, overate and had a lot of calories, trying to keep a positive mind, every day is a new day. thank you for interacting, helped me come back this morning!
day 3 (3/15): working out has been going good, but i’ve actually gained weight and it’s stressing me out??? i checked my waist measurement and it’s the same, but i’m now 199 lbs. trying not to get discouraged, but i guess gaining weight is just one more reason i shouldn’t stop. going to start restricting what i eat more, will report back tomorrow!
day 4 (3/16): worked out this morning even though it was very cold, weighed myself and i’m at 198 so at least i’m not gaining anymore. honestly feeling really good about doing these in the morning, might extend to 14 days instead of 7 to really get some results
day 5 (3/17): FINALLY SEEING SOME RESULTS, at 197.5, that’s down 2.5 pounds in 5 days!!! work outs are getting easier and easier, just gotta keep at it and get going!
day 6 (3/18): LETS GOOOO done w day 6, one more day to go!
day 7: skip
day 8: just worked out, gonna keep going for 14 days bc i honestly have not been eating well, so my results are underwhelming, trying to change my mindset from hard and fast to slow and steady, let’s see how this goes
day 9: skip :/ (was hung over, went on a hike and dancing so i burned a lot i think 😳
day 10: woke up early and started working out, every day is day 1!

I'm on day three, I'm sleeping better, feeling more energetic than ever, it's only 7 minutes, comfort of Ur own home, while the kids are sleeping. No gym, no babysitter needed, Perfect!

Hi! I was doing this workout when I was in 8th grade and I lose 7-8kg while doing lucy's workout for 3 months, don't be hesitant because this works. Now I'm in 10th grade I started doing her workouts again and for 3 weeks I lose 3.5 inches off my waist and I also lose 1-2kg of my weight (well I'm not just doing this workout but also her arm and legs workouts) I also did fasting, yall should start working out rn. You can do it! Btw I'm 16 years old and I am healthy as ever!
