This is a Pilates full body stretching to increase flexibility beginners. It is a relaxing wall pilates stretch routine, that contains wall Pilates Full Body Stretching Exercises, Stretching exercises with wall, wall stretches for flexibility, wall stretches for low back pain, wall stretches for posture, wall stretches for lower back, wall stretches for spine which is great pilates for cross training for other sports, including wall stretches for golfers. This workout can be done on a rest day or added to another workout.

Yesterday was Day 2 and just finished Day 3! Love this program. After multiple feet and knee exercises, high impact is no longer an option. So glad to find something that I can actually feel working but that is not stressing out my feet and knees. Thank you so much Rachel!

Day 28 done 🎉 This is the first challenge I’ve ever completed in my life that needed commitment. I feel blessed to have this morning routine through your trainings to help teach me what’s possible not just with my body, but my mind too ❤

I have just completed day 4 and feeling good! I use to be avid yogi practicing 6 days/week. I even became a certified instructor but Covid came and during covid my best friend my soul sister lost her 5yr battle to cancer. I lost my center & focus and felt myself losing memory, depressed and tired all the time so I could never make it to a class-which didn’t help the depression. A vicious circle. Sorry for rant….this 28 day challenge is just the perfect schedule & exercises to get me back onto my mat. Thank you!

Day 4 done. Stretches always feel really good mainly for my right hip as I have back issues around that issue.

Day 4 (28.6.2024) woo hoo so happy I completed that stretch - after two sessions of pilates yesterday was feeling like I needed a full body stretch so perfect timing! - also it's Friday and late in the evening so am super proud of finding the motivation for this...
