I hate the fact I had to type in "Stretch Exercises Black People" for any person of color to pop up. When you just put in Stretch Exercises only yt people come up 😤. I'm so glad I found you. Will be using your stretches for now on 😊

I never comment on YouTube but I felt the need to here. I have been doing these stretches for over a month every morning. I am postpartum 8 months and gained a lot of weight during my pregnancy and was already overweight when I got pregnant. These stretches have helped so tremendously that I have recommended it to all my friends. I actually look so forward to doing this video first thing in the morningthat I started to do it before I go to bed as well. I feel so flexible now. As someone who hasn’t dedicated time to stretch in years, I carry a lot of tension . And I often dread stretching because it hurts so much 🥴.
But this video was definitely beginner-friendly and stretching felt sooo good without taking out too much time from my day. I’ll definitely be doing these often

I've done these stretches every other night for the past 2 weeks and it has totally helped. I have been dealing with lower back pain for several years and body stiffness for the past few months. I guess all I needed was a good stretching. Thank you so much!
