Ya!! I love being a winner! My mind tries to say don't stretch this morning or don't stretch tonight. I say "I am a winner and winners stretch!" Then I hang out with you guys and become pain free. I am grateful for these videos 🙂 blessings to you both and your family 🥰

I love these has videos, I've been looking for a good stretching and work out videos. You have to be careful as I have pulled a few muscles following other peoples workouts but not has fit, I do the full body stretch once a week and I'm slowly going to go through all the workouts thanks

Loved this workout! I am dealing with an elbow issue right now and haven't been able to to any traditional workouts. Found that if I can keep my shoulders loose - my elbow hurts less. I will be revisiting this workout frequently.

Hi coach n Claudia, I’ve been doing your HIIT and strength training workouts everyday for the past 5 days. Today I thought I would take a rest. So I did this stretching routine to not lose momentum. It was so relaxing and it felt like a real break from the fast paced workouts. Thank you so much. Your channel is so self contained ❤️💯

I've just completed this today for the first time. I rolled out of bed at 06.00am and did this full body stretching exercise. I enjoyed every minute of it. I can see myself returning to this exercise over and over again. It's a favourite already. Thank you.

I only found HASfit this last couple of weeks. I’ve been doing a couple of the workouts followed by this stretching routine which is amazing. I have hip problems and the hip stretches have really eased the tightness and pain. I loved the wrist exercises as well! I am really not flexible in my lower body, so I’m hoping doing these stretches regularly my flexibility will improve a lot and I already have seen a little improvement! The only one I can’t do it the foot stretches, I have shortened ligament and bending my feet at any angle is a challenge. But my right foot has improved a little. Will be looking for more routines that are specifically for hips and feet stretches to focus on when I have my rest days! Thanks guys! I normally hate working out at home but I’m waking up and looking for we to doing it!
