Thank you 🙏 I’ve been doing this KB full body follow along. You said it’s “a mess” no, no, no. This is awesome. Been ding it for 3 weeks. 6 of 7 days per week. Kicking my ass but I’m so much stronger. I can’t thank you enough. I was just diagnosed with fibromyalgia and I’m laid off union bricklayer and I needed a good workout 🏋️‍♀️ to help with my diagnosis because my doctor said I must keep fat off and eat nutritious. ❤❤❤❤

Dude honestly I just wanna say and I GENUINELY mean this, I LOVED this video and no lie I also body builded never was interested in kettlebell training or crossfit at and for years I felt this way, always been a lifter, but you are the ONLY person that has changed my view on kb training and barbell conditioning training, dude not alot ppl catch my eye like that but you sir have made me a believer, keep up woth these workouts I'm down to rip up everyone keep em coming thanks again and screw the negative ppl keep going

great video - as a cyclist who just started using kettlebells around 4months ago, the improvements in hamstring, glute and lower back strength is wild! everything has improved because of one piece of equipment

Wouldn't belive, but this is the first kettlebelll workout I've tried/followed in all my years of sports and training... wow!! Sharing this claaaart and doing it often. The burpees told me "check yaself rude boi, u ain't got the juice' 😢😢 but yea this is now my weekly!!!
