Something about throwing a giant bell of metal is soothing. It's a real threat and danger of you don't understand how to use them or have poor coordination. But they literally train just that on top of whatever workout you choose!
I use a 25&35 lbs and it's done wonders for my glutes, hamstrings and lower back!

The mistake most people make is trying to use their arms to move the bell up.. you should be using your hip snap to do this by thrusting them forwards. Your arms should only really get tired from the grip. Also, don't do American style swings, they're silly.

I'm gonna start doing these soon, knock on wood but my back is finally feeling basically normal after throwing it out 10 months ago. Returning to the gym 5 months ago helped, but i think doing body weight squats finally took out that last kink in there, that always had me worrying and standing a certain way.

I did this and pulled my back, i already had an existing lower back injury... this hurt like hell, i couldn't walk for a few months after that. Now that i know the proper form, im scared to try it again
