SAVE and SHARE this full body functional circuit✅

Improve your conditioning, mobility, functional strength and torch calories with this one✅

Perform each exercise for 30 seconds with a 15 second rest in between exercises✅

As soon as you finish the last exercise, rest 60-90 seconds. Do 5 sets for a killer conditioning workout✅

Thanks for posting these videos I am 62 and have begun a medicine ball regimen. I have noticed improvements at work trying to keep up with men 30 years younger and it has helped. I will be looking at buying some kettle bells at the 6 month mark. Keep it going.

amazing workout man, what weights are you using in this vid? i need reference because a have several years in the gym (dumbells and barbells) but no experience with kettlebells training and i want to start home training with kettlebells but i'm not sure the weight i have to buy. thanks

Ive been incorporating this workout into my 3 day per week full body routine I like how it hits all muscle groups but I find it hard to find other routines that I can mix things up with. I feel if I deviate from this workout I won't be hitting all muscle groups. Maybe it's just im new to kettlebells and like to play it safe. Anyone have any alternatives
