One of the biggest benefits to me is it’s easily the most convenient form of training that absolutely guarantees you a good workout in not only a small area but even in short time . A single kettlebell and 30 min in your garage or any small space and you’ll be drenched.

Ive really enjoyed kettlebell workouts. I dont worry about injuries. And they are just so convenient. I have 2x16, 2x20, 2x24 and a 28. They tick all the boxes for everything i need

Multiple examples of swings in here were not correct. But I agree about the benefits of kettlebells. They are so much fun to work out with.

I use the kettlebells more and more and I sleep more and more.❤
-- Today i startet my kettlebellworkout for three days - now with the 12 kg one.❤
Day 2, 1 o clock p.m.: heavy, heavy!😂 Day 3, I showed the 16 kg one my "pub" and other people my excdrcises. A new star was born - I am 67.

I don't do kettlebell training everyday. Especially if I'm doing EMOMs, AMSAPs and interval training. I need time to recover so I do a moderate 10k to 15k rowing sessions on the off days. Plus other activities for variety.

More like preference!!! In WL world, we don't use kb much. We apply more mobility & strength conditioning then Bb & Db.
