Follow along with this 5 minute dynamic warm up routine for your home workouts! This is a no jumping, low impact, full body warm up routine that you can do before working out. Make sure to spend at least 5 minutes warming up before every workout to avoid injuries.

Benefits of warm up exercises:
- helps you to loosen up your body if you feel stiff
- helps to increase the blood flow to your muscles
- raises your body temperature
- assists in preventing injuries
- get you motivated so you're ready to transition straight into your workout

⏱️ Duration: 5 Minutes
🏋️♂️ Equipment: No equipment, just a mat.
🦍 We recommend Yo Gorilla Mats Premium Large Exercise Mat, size: 7' x 4' x 8mm.
⏱️ Intervals: 30 seconds each, no rest between exercises
