Follow along with me in this 5 min warm up routine + stretch for your at home workouts! Don't begin your home workout, especially HIIT and cardio workouts, without doing this short 5 minute warm up, first.

- raises your body temperature
- assists in preventing injuries
- get you motivated so you're ready to transition straight into your workout

Hey guys!I just want to tell you that you're awesome.Great, effective and killer workouts.I love it.I am impoving basically all the parts of my body, I feel myself stronger than ever.I would love to find out what is Dan's diet plan, which helps him stay in shape.Sounds like a good idea for a new video!

I´ve been through about 10 different warm up routines by now and this one of the most diverse and effective warm ups here on YouTube in my opinion. I also enjoyed the 20 second approach, it made the 5 minutes feel like they´re flying by! Keep up the amazing work and greetings from Germany :3

I am new to your page, workout look awesome. can you clarify the routine, for me. So I see video 1 for this week is a warm up and stretch routine, followed by the ab work out. So my question is is that the work out for the day or is it supposed to be followed by the upper body dumbbell and that first day. So is second day the next three videos? Want to do it correctly and stick with it. Thank you in advance for your response.
