really love this warm-up! it've been my go-to for like 2 weeks now because it's so quick and effective. having ADHD stretching feels like such a task when I'm eager to start my workout, but this is straight to the point and full-body for sure

Thank you Juice and Toya for this incredible little preworkout stretch. I've been doing this before almost every workout the past few months (and honestly haven't even been stretching as much as I should after) but I've had remarkably less tension/soreness and in general feel better walking in the gym. Struggling to see when y'all put this out but would love another video with a similar vibe but a different set of movements.

You guys are in such good shape, I have chronic pain, and I was afraid the dynamic warm-up exercises would be too hard, but it wasn't. It had a good pace and I appreciated the tips. The modifications were good too. I enjoyed the stretch. You guys make a great team. Thank you for this dynamic warm-up video.
