Last time I went for my 8km run I badly hurt my right calf. I promised myself that I would never run without stretching beforehand. Today I went back and found this video to stretch before my run. Not only did I feel great running, nicely warmed up, but I also did not stop once!! Best time so far too: 6’38 for 7 km outside run. Not bad 😊Thanks!!

My physician suggested that I do “runner’s stretches” at bedtime to lessen the the Restless Leg Syndrome problem that I am suffering from. I’ll try these! Thank you.

I searched up stretches for Shin Splits and your video popped up … I love running I run 3 miles a day with one rest day … my shins feel so sore it was never like that but as a avid runner this is normal for it to happen … I’ve been suffering for 3 months now I’ve iced … I’ve rested … etc etc … I did your stretches and was like hell let me run and dude !!!! I didn’t feel any pain thank you 🙏🏻 I almost cried

This was everything I'd want in a pre run stretch tutorial! The stretches are really energising and I'm excited to see how it'll affect my run today-I also liked the lack of music and fancy editing, it was easy to follow along.

This has been my go to pre run stretch routine for so many runs now and I haven’t yet commented. Thanks so much Ash for posting this combination, it has helped me to remain injury free through countless runs, including my first half marathon (and hopefully my first full marathon I’m training for next year). I’ll keep coming back to it again and again!!

I’m 34, slowly returning to being active and this was incredibly helpful. In my 20s I did century bike rides but in the past couple years let my self go. Getting into running and trail running hopefully this time next year I can leave another comment saying I’m back!!! Hold me to it 💪🏽

I use your 5 min pre run and post run stretches and so far I've never had any injuries or pain which is amazing as normally I've experienced issues when running in the past. Thank you 😊🙏🏼
