my dad showed me this warmup video years ago when you first published it, telling me how you changed his warmup routine to always include dynamic full body activity. I still watch this to date in 2023 and appreciate how straight to the point your guidance is! Life changing 🙏🏽

This is definitely the best quick warm-up I’ve seen! You were the perfect level of enthusiastic; not irritatingly peppy, but not boring to listen to either. I’m gonna go find more of your workouts!

This is still THE best warm up dynamic stretching workout video so far--- after trying ballet warm up/ hiphop warm up, running warm up etc etc. Some are too advanced like starting with a middle split as the very 1st step, some are too basic and not enough activation. This one is still the top notch video we always follow!

been lifting weights for 3 years now and this has been my go-to pre-workout warm up ever since. I can REALLY see a difference the few times where I havent warmed up both my performance and soreness were impacted by alot. This is by far the best and most simple warm-up you can find.
