Lower Body, Upper Body and Full Body Conditioning.

Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR OWN. It is really important to make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to modify some exercises (such as slowing down, no jumping etc.) or rest some more if you need to. 🤍

▸ time: 40 Min + warm up & cool down on top
▸ equipment: pair of dumbbells (I am using 2x 5 kg, 2x 9kg for your reference), a mat is recommended
▸ muscles worked: lower body, upper body, full body

Hey Kaykay - this was great as always. Just so you know I hit my WHOOP performance watch activity strain target with this workout today. I spent 24 minutes at 70-80% of my max heart rate which benefits my aerobic fitness too 😎💪🏼🙌🏼🥳❤️‍🔥🫡 hope you feel better soon ❤ look after yourself ❤

Was soll ich sagen?! Wieder ein workout was super viel Spaß gemacht hat, gleichzeitig herausfordernd und schweißtreibend. Ich war so stolz nach dem letzten Circuit 😅😊 und die Zeit verflog wieder mal. Jedes neue workout zeigt mir warum ich seit 2!!! 🎉 Jahren nur nach deinen Plänen trainiere. Mir fehlt seitens die Motivation, deine Abwechslung schafft einfach immer genug Anreiz. Danke ❤
