I’m 13, a bit over weight, and tired of looking the way I am. I’m going to start doing 2 intense videos everyday to see if I get results starting today. And also trying to glow up. Wish me luck!

This really works!!!! Two weeks since I started doing this. My belly used to hang down before this, it was saggy but after doing this, I can confidentially there is a significant difference. Just dont give up

Hi Roberta. I do different exercise daily from 30 mins to an hour daily. It has been 5 months since i started following you. Im happy to say that I can fit again in all my jeans and dresses that I have not worn for 10 years (pre-marriage) 😉. Thank you so much for sharing all these work out videos.

Though it was a bit tough for me(because I started after a long gap) I really loved this new routine with new excercises. Keep.posting new ones as I get bore doing same routine regularly.😀

2year ago i started my weight loss journey by doing robert gym exercises n i lost lik 28 kg and now also i strt it again from yesterday (3 month postpartum twins mom im now)my yesterday weight is 81.30 and i give you my weekly response of doing these exercises along with 8000 steps n doing 20 min walk at home at one place.

Great video. I do like a pre view of each exercise, very helpful! The other very useful thin would be to see flashing, those part of body/muscle that is being worked out in particular exercise-this would be excellent!
