The fact that makes me happy is the self-confidence I find through exercise. After 3 years of eating disorders, during which I lost a lot of weight and then gained twice as much, I feel that I am finally fine with my body. Walking in the mountains, pilates, swimming and generally exercising makes me really happy and helped me love my body again with all its flaws!❤❤❤ Thank you for helping us through this fitness journey 🙏

Today I'm attempting this video! I've been in ED recovery since january and altough i shouldn't work out, i'm doing your workouts every two days and it helped so much with my guilt and accepting my body. I can feel that i am getting stronger and every little movement helpes my accept the fact that I need to be healthy! Thank you so much for your videos❤

I find happiness in hiking, pilates, nature, my friends and long walks. this workout, just made my body burningly happy and lifted my mood. since i spend a year abroad with no friends, a routine, which includes one of your workouts, every morning, is what keeps me sanse right now. thank you a lot lidia!

As someone who has been dealing with an uncomfortable and sensitive issue, Pilates has been a true lifesaver for me. Day 1: ✅ It wasn't that hard that I expected and I can I say that I feel slightly tired!
Day 2: ✅ It was much easier than yesterday!
Day 3: ✅ It was very easy.
Day 4: ✅ It was so easy.
Day 5: ✅ It was a little bit harder than the other days 'cause I had very tiring day but still somehow easy.
Day 6: ✅ It was a little bit harder than the other days but still easy.
Day 7: ✅ It was very easy and enjoyable week while I was doing this workout!

Hi Lidia! I just want to tell you how grateful I am for your pilates videos! I started doing your 10-15 minute pilates videos last month and it still amazes me how I am able to finish this 40-minute workout today. I never thought I could quickly build endurance by doing your short pilates videos, but it has made a difference in my fitness journey. I’m so grateful for my relationship with food, I had bulimia for 6 months and everything was just about food, I’m so happy that I have healthy relationship with food and working out, I can finally enjoy food without any guilt, I love working out now and I love your videos so much overall your energy, thank you for everything that you’ve been doing for us, you helped so many people!!!

hi, thank you for showing me that i can do it! i was so certain that i couldn't do this video for 40 min but i was actually able to do it because it isn't intense workout and the breaks are well placed. it is my first day following your instagram workout routine and i'm motivated to continue!

Something that makes me happy is my family, God, you,modeling,california, and working out I have loey dietz syndrome so I’m constantly in and out of hospitals, on new medications, and just causing a ruckus in everyone’s schedule. With such a crazy life I do love structure and things I can count on like Pilates and your channel Ive been with you since your TikTok days and loved how you never not posted I could always count on a good sweat with you 😂. Also my family when all things feel like they’re going no where they take time to tell me things get better and there’s always a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. My favorite verse is “joy comes in the morning” it’s like my mantra.

What makes me happy the most are my cats that are very happy now the sun starts to shine more often. What also makes me very happy are your workouts which i do every morning for 5 times a week. It makes me feel amazing and i can see results already! You made me realize that having a good workout doesn’t necessarily have to be with weights or have to take too long. Thank you for that! ❤
